The building’s exterior is gracefully enveloped in a custom "Vertical Louver Facade." This striking architectural addition serves a crucial dual purpose: it acts as a highly effective solar shading device to mitigate direct sunlight and thermal gain, while concurrently providing essential visual screening from the bustling exterior environment.
