An architectural celebration of radiant light and chromatic vibrancy... Driven by our "Narrative of the Client Story" philosophy, the "K’TK" residential renovation breathes dynamic new life into a 200-square-meter home. The design narrative intimately revolves around a vibrant color palette and meticulously curated furniture pieces that elegantly define and elevate the open-plan spatial fluidity. To fundamentally transform the interior atmosphere, existing architectural openings were strategically enlarged to maximize natural light penetration. Furthermore, the innovative integration of a light well on the terrace serves as a luminous architectural feature, seamlessly blurring the boundaries between the indoor sanctuary and the outdoor environment. This renovation ultimately creates a radiant living canvas where natural illumination and lively aesthetics exist in perfect harmony.
